Life Connections of the Carolinas

At Life Connections of the Carolinas, we believe in the power of connection to transform lives and build stronger communities.

Since 1997, we’ve served over 6,500 families across North Carolina. Our mission is to keep families connected, develop adolescents, and strengthen homes. We accomplish this through evidence-based, restorative programs that use a two-generational approach, working with both adolescents and their parents.

By partnering with families, schools, community agencies, and the Department of Juvenile Justice, we provide practical, life-changing solutions. We've launched 19 programs across 13 counties to give kids a future outside of the justice system and are a solution for  safer, more resilient communities for everyone.

Families

Strengthening Families is open to parents and teens who want to improve communication, reduce conflict, and grow closer together.

Mentoring

Our youth-initiated Mentoring program empowers young people to build natural support networks with trusted adults in their lives.

Counseling

Through our partnership with Healing Pathways LLC, we provide trauma-informed counseling and family therapy to help youth and parents heal and grow.

Restorative Justice / Restitution

Restorative Justice helps youth take responsibility, repair harm, and make amends while avoiding formal court records.

Workforce Development

Our training programs prepare individuals for meaningful careers, from soft skills and stress management to certified peer support training.
