At Life Connections, we believe that strong families create strong communities. Our Strengthening Families program is designed to support parents and teens who want to build healthier relationships, improve communication, and create lasting change at home. Whether your family has been referred by a court, school, or social services, or you’re simply seeking additional support, you’ll find a welcoming space here.

Our program brings parents and youth together for guided sessions that focus on communication, decision-making, and life skills. Each week, parents and teens learn practical strategies in separate groups and then come together to practice what they’ve learned as a family.

With the support of trained instructors, families build trust, reduce conflict, and develop the tools they need to face challenges with confidence.
